Mavis Tire is hiring for General Service Technicians in the Farmington Hills, MI area. This full-time role offers paid training, benefits, and opportunities for career growth within the nation’s largest automotive service organization.

You will perform essential tire services and basic maintenance alongside experienced colleagues, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Prior automotive experience helps, but paid training is provided to bring you up to speed.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Be comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on automotive environment.
• Have a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality service.
• Previous automotive experience is a plus, but not required; paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Dismounting, mounting, rotating, and balancing tires.
• Performing flat tire repairs.
• Completing oil and filter changes.
• Checking and topping off vehicle fluids.
• Performing basic vehicle maintenance and inspections.
• Identifying visible tire and maintenance concerns.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Following established safety and service procedures.
• Helping ensure quality service and timely completion of customer vehicles.
