Advance Auto Parts in Deerfield Beach, FL seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, drive sales and develop the team with integrity and customer focus.

You will manage Professional Customer relationships, oversee inventory and store processes, coach team members, schedule effectively, ensure safety, and maintain high service standards while delivering on financial targets. The role requires willingness to work long hours and weekends.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• 2-3 years of retail leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required.

Mansioni

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage Professional Customer relationships and sales, including coaching and accountability.
• Hire, develop, and coach store team; schedule and engage.
• On-duty responsibilities: coaching, floor/phone management, safety, open/close duties.
