Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• ASE certification preferred for technical credibility.
• Must have valid driver’s license and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships/sales.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store Team Members.
• Ensure execution of all inventory and operational standards.
• Coach Team Members to meet Customer expectations (DIY and Professional).
• Perform manager on duty responsibilities and safety duties.
• Lead change management and foster a respectful environment.
