Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Louisiana to drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service while growing professional client relationships.

The role requires leadership, knowledge of automotive systems, and the ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and daily operations. The position is full-time, exempt, with a demanding schedule averaging 50–55 hours per week including nights and weekends.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; business-related degree preferred.
• Proven ability to manage profitability and demonstrate financial acumen.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store Team Members.
• Ensure execution of all inventory and operational standards.
• Lead and coach team to meet customer expectations (DIY and Professional).
• Oversee Manager on duty responsibilities and safety compliance.
• Lead change management and foster a diverse, respectful environment.
• Provide DIY service including basic installations as needed.
