VIP Automotive Group's Merrick Jeep invites a professional, customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to be the first contact for our busy dealership.

Greet customers, assist with check-ins, answer multi-line calls, direct customers to sales or service, provide brochures, and handle basic administrative tasks. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth within a large dealership group.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable answering and managing multiple phone lines.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors entering the dealership.
• Assist with customer check-in and determine needs.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls (multi-line system).
• Direct customers to sales or service departments.
• Provide brochures and basic dealership information.
• Assist with administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling).
• Create key tags and manage vehicle key organization.
• Support showroom operations and maintain a professional front desk.
