Honda of Middleburg Heights is seeking an Automotive Fixed Operations Administrator to support the Service and Parts departments with daily administrative tasks and precise record-keeping.

You will assist the Fixed Operations Director, manage warranty documentation and the service call queue, monitor performance metrics, and ensure smooth workflow across all levels of staff. The role offers benefits, paid training, and growth opportunities in a team-oriented environment.

• Support the Fixed Operations Director in daily admin operations across service and parts.
• Monitor daily accounting tasks; ensure accurate financial documentation and records.
• Manage rental and loaner car fleet, tracking availability and documentation.
• Monitor metrics, compile reports, and track department efficiency.
• Coordinate docs, process internal repair orders, and manage compliance.
• Maintain clear communication among managers, technicians, and advisors.
• Assist in resolving customer service escalations.
• Verify warranty paperwork accuracy and assist submissions.
• Assist with service call queue overflow to handle inquiries promptly.

• Support the Fixed Operations Director in Managing Day-to-day Administrative Operations Across the Service and Parts Departments.
• Monitor and Address Daily Accounting Tasks, Ensuring Financial Documentation and Departmental Records Balance Accurately.
• Manage the Rental and Loaner Car Fleet, Tracking Vehicle Availability and Overseeing Associated Documentation and Compliance.
• Monitor Operational Metrics, Compile Performance Reports, and Track Department Efficiency.
