Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must have one year of working experience in sales.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive product comparisons and identify competitors' strengths and weaknesses.
• Initiate and cultivate relationships with prospective and existing customers and end users through targeted sales outreach.
• Leverage value selling to grow sales and profitability across key accounts.
• Assess customer needs via a consultative sales process and develop tailored solutions.
• Acquire knowledge of all products within the Sherwin-Williams Automotive portfolio and application requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations to support sales and marketing efforts.
• Provide product and technical information to address customer needs and assist with technical and marketing support.
• Address customer complaints and oversee the resolution process.
• Support customers in configuring mixing systems and inventory planning.
• Assist in color verification and field color formulations.
• Effectively manage expense control and sales performance.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.
