Qualifications
- 2-4 years in financial analysis or auditing
- Experience with supplier overpayments or purchasing audits
- Experience reviewing purchasing contracts and pricing structures
- Strong mathematical and quantitative analysis skills
- Experience tracking audit KPIs and cost recoveries
Responsibilities
- Analyze purchasing contracts and financial reports to identify pricing discrepancies and overpayments
- Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting errors, risks and corrective actions
- Review audit findings with purchasing teams to validate discrepancies
- Support supplier negotiations and recovery efforts for identified overpayments
- Manage open audit cases and track aging, activity and cost recovery
- Conduct financial analyses and special studies to support purchasing initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve audit processes and reporting accuracy
- Support special projects, process documentation and training initiatives
