Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as automotive finance manager preferred.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain successful F&I Operation.
• Assure that all buyers are afforded financing, payment protection and related products.
• Maintain a follow-up system for collecting one pay contracts and outstanding titles.
• Obtain and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
• Process, review and analyze the credit report of customers.
• Run customer credit reports with detailed credit history and sensitive data.
• Analyze credit history to determine probability of bank approval.
• Maintain knowledge of finance and insurance products and policies.
• Train and manage sales consultants in F&I paperwork.
• Maintain knowledge of industry and relationships with contacts.
• Assist desk managers as necessary.
