• Learn all aspects of dealership Finance & Insurance operations.
• Work alongside experienced F&I Managers through hands-on training.
• Learn to structure deals and present financing and protection options.

• Build relationships with banks, lenders, and financial institutions.
• Work closely with the sales team to complete vehicle transactions.
• Learn dealership compliance requirements and F&I procedures.
• Progress into greater Finance Manager responsibilities as training is completed.

We’re hiring an Automotive Finance Manager Trainee and will train an experienced dealership salesperson to transition into the Finance & Insurance Department.

Previous F&I experience is not required. If you have a strong automotive sales background, consistently perform, communicate well with customers, and want to increase your earning potential, we’ll provide the training and mentorship to help you succeed.
