Ciocca Automotive is seeking an energetic Automotive Finance Manager to drive financing options for customers and structure deals for profitability while ensuring compliance with laws. Join a growing team in the Bucks County area.

This Full-Time role offers a draw plus commission up to $130k, PTO, 401(k) with company matching, and comprehensive benefits; Saturdays are required, with advancement opportunities within the Ciocca Automotive Family.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of automotive dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
