Job summary

Ciocca Automotive Group is seeking a finance professional to join our growing team in New Jersey. You will lead financing activities, desk deals, and guide sales staff to optimize profitability while ensuring compliance with all guidelines.

The role requires solid knowledge of F&I procedures, dealership management experience, and a proven ability to close deals with lenders. Full-time with some Saturday work and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred.
• Previous dealership and management experience a plus.
• Quality customer service, communication, computer, and basic math skills.
• Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
• Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
• Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
• Coach salespeople on standard methodologies for closing deals and provide mentorship to improve sales performance.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals
