Job summary

Ciocca Automotive in New Jersey is seeking an energetic Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team. You will provide financing options to customers, desk deals, and coordinate with lenders to ensure timely funding while maintaining compliance with laws.

We offer draw plus commission, a strong benefits package including PTO, 401(k) with company match, affordable medical/dental/vision, and opportunities for advancement within the Ciocca Automotive Family. Full-time with Saturdays included.

Qualifications

Knowledge of automotive dealership finance and insurance procedures.
Well-versed in title laws and registration process.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Provide recommendations and assistance to customers in order to arrange the financing of their purchases.
Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
Ensure every deal is fully aligned with local, state and federal guidelines.
Accurately audit team deals post-Sale and deeply analyze for improvements.
Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts.
