The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager for Napleton Hyundai of Hazelwood. You will bridge sales and finance, determine financing needs, and present transparent options to customers during vehicle purchases.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Prior Automotive Sales or F&I experience preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with technology and financing tools.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the store and transition them from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.
• Develop relationships with employees and customers to support financing options.
• Determine financing needs and payment options through consultative interviewing.
• Present a transparent pricing menu detailing financing options and products.
• Process finance transactions and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build referrals.
• Set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Gain product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Ensure administrative processes are timely and policy-compliant.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
