Job summary

DARCARS KIA of Frederick is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. You’ll lead the customer finance process and work with our digital retailing tools to structure profitable deals, secure lender approvals, and maintain high CSI scores.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership, a solid understanding of lending guidelines, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of F&I Manager experience in a high-volume dealership
• Strong knowledge of lending guidelines and compliance
• Professional, confident menu presentations
• Experience with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer finance process, both in-person and through digital retailing tools

• Secure lender approvals and handle title paperwork accurately and on time
• Maintain top-tier CSI scores and client satisfaction
