Diehl Automotive is growing! Due to the addition of two more stores in the Pittsburgh market and the consistent growth of our group, we are looking for experienced Finance Managers to join our team. Fantastic benefits and extraordinary pay!

Responsibilities

1. Help customers arrange financing for their purchases and present additional products to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
2. Structure deals for maximum profitability.
3. Be fully proficient with title laws and the registration process.
4. Maintain required proficiency and certifications for the position.
5. Desk deals accurately, submit deals to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively.
6. Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines.
7. Prepare paperwork and contracts, and deliver deals.
8. Ensure expeditious funding of all contracts.

Qualifications

1. Two or more years of automotive finance experience preferred.
2. Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
3. Proven record of product sales and finance penetration.
4. Strong relationships with lending institutions, with references.
5. PA Notary license is a plus.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Pay is commensurate with experience, with potential earnings of $150K+.
