Formación

• 3+ years of Finance Manager experience in the automotive industry required
• PVR (per vehicle retail) proof of results may be requested
• Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
• Proficiency in financial software applications and basic math skills, including 10-key typing
• Effective negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
• Familiarity with dealership operations, automobile sales processes, and contract management
• Strong communication skills combined with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire F&I process, including presenting financing options and insurance products to customers
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct credit analysis and evaluate loan applications to determine eligibility
• Process loans, contracts, and title paperwork, ensuring all documentation complies with federal and state regulations
• Craft financing packages that protect customers' investments and upsell additional products such as extended warranties, service contracts, and insurance policies to meet sales goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders to negotiate favorable terms while maintaining compliance
• Collaborate with sales staff to facilitate smooth deal closing and improve overall dealership profitability
• Stay current on industry trends, legal requirements, and dealership policies related to finance and insurance
• Train and support sales team members on F&I opportunities, loan processes, and contract management
