Job summary

Magna International seeks a Finance Analyst to analyze financial statements and support budgeting and forecasting. You will prepare monthly reconciliations, assist in variance analysis, and contribute to financial projects within the Mechatronics, Mirrors & Lighting group.

The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work across teams. Regular/full-time on-site position based in Duncan, SC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent experience).
• 0–2 years experience in an appropriate financial environment for Analyst I/II.
• Demonstrates initiative, problem solving, and effective communication.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and prepares financial statements and reports (income, balance sheet).
• Performs financial and business analyses of fixed capital and investments.
• Supports finance in planning, reporting, and analytics.
• Prepares monthly balance sheet reconciliations and roll-forwards.
• Assists with budget preparation and forecast development.
• Maintains compliance with Magna policies and continuous improvement.
