Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is hiring for an entry-level Automotive Technology Support role in Bozeman, MT. You will learn the manufacturer's original specifications, work with a Field Technician, and gain hands-on experience in diagnostics, calibrations, scanning, and wire/connector repair.

The position emphasizes customer service and communication skills as you support technicians and customers through technical issues and repairs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in Automotive Technology Support.
• Strong technological skills, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, technicians, and team members.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Learn the industry standard of the manufacturer’s original specification with high quality controls
• Hands-on training with an experienced Field Technician who will guide you to be a stand-alone technician
• Learning basics of Diagnostics, Calibrations/programming, Scanning, Wire/Connector repair

At Automotive Technology Experts (ATE), we understand the importance of providing fast and accurate vehicle diagnostic scanning and calibration services. We service hundreds of customers that rely on us to ensure that the repairs they have completed are safe and that the vehicle will operate as the manufacturer had intended.

ATE was founded in 2019 to provide technological and electrical repair expertise in the collision industry that struggles to stay current with the rapidly changing technology in vehicles. We employ technicians across the country.
