Job summary

ALLDATA, an AutoZone company, is seeking a Business Solutions Manager (Field Sales) to drive territory growth by pairing shop needs with our software suite. You will engage owners of automotive repair shops, analyze their business needs, and tailor ALLDATA solutions to boost efficiency and profitability.

You will travel to shops, deliver onsite and virtual training, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a coordinated, customer-focused approach, with strong earning potential through

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of direct sales experience; automotive industry experience preferred.
• Must be able to visit a minimum of 8 shops per day and make 10 calls daily.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Dynamics is expected.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to travel and perform field sales activities across assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage strategic sales activities in assigned territory.
• Install ALLDATA products and deliver onsite and virtual training across product lines.
• Prospect, discovery, solution presentation, and closing.
• Build and expand customer base; achieve monthly territory goals.
• Provide insights on industry trends and competitive activity within the territory.
• Attend occasional events and manage travel logistics; start each day at a designated AutoZone store.
