Genuine Parts Company’s NAPA Auto Parts division is seeking a Sales Pro who thrives on selling, finding and winning new customers, and closing deals while sustaining relationships after the sale. This role promotes our full line of products and services to Wholesale Customers and grows the business.

You will be a self-motivated, customer-centric representative who works with local store teams to plan, contact and develop leads, understand customer needs, and present solutions from NAPA’s

Formación

• 2+ years in a customer-focused role with quota.
• Ability to prepare for sales calls, manage customer meetings, handle objections, close sales.
• Ability to present information in group meetings.
• Valid driver’s license with limited moving violations in last 4 years.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth of company-owned NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base, sales and profits.
• Promote the entire line of NAPA products and programs to Wholesale Customers.
• Develop plans with local Store Manager to increase sales and manage/ develop leads locally.
• Identify customer needs and align solutions with NAPA offerings.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to improve programs and grow customer knowledge of lines.
• Engage customers through NAPA eSales programs.
• Conduct educational seminars and presentations on NAPA products and services.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and provide strong customer service including resolving problems, complaints and questions.
