Job summary

Vaughn Automotive Group seeks an experienced Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead automotive F&I operations with a focus on compliance and product knowledge. You will train new talent, clearly communicate features and benefits, and confidently close sales while managing paperwork and lender interactions.

Qualifications

Experience leading F&I teams in automotive dealerships.
Strong knowledge of financing options, leases, and lender programs.
Ability to train and mentor junior staff.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Contract new business and close deals.
Generate finance income on all sold customers.
Check and verify paperwork for cash, finance or loan transactions.
Contract or collect all money at closing.
Seek lender approvals for financed and leased deals.
Maintain knowledge of leases and balloon payments.
Promote extended warranty and credit life products.
Assist in obtaining lender approvals.
