Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year F&I experience is required.
• Ability to train bright new talent and lead a team.
• Strong focus on compliance and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Contract newbusiness, sell F&I products and close deals
• Generate financeincome on all sold customers
• Check/verifypaperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions
• Contract or collectall money at closing
• Seek bank approval onfinanced and leased deals
• Maintain a workingknowledge of leases
• Assist in acquiringapproval from lenders
• Understand allprograms and rate options offered by our lenders
• Solicit extendedwarranty sales
• Handle allcancellations for extended service contracts, GAPpolicies, etc.
