Patrick Motor Group is seeking an Automotive EVR Administrator in Auburn, MA for a full-time clerical role. The incumbent will act as the link between the dealership, the buyer, and the RMV, ensuring accuracy and compliance in EVR processing and paperwork.

Responsabilités

• Complete vehicle stock-in for Volkswagen and Volvo vehicles.
• Process Electronic Vehicle Registrations (EVR) accurately and efficiently.
• Process in-state and out-of-state vehicle registrations.
• Review and ensure paperwork is complete and accurate for deals.
• Process and coordinate vehicle payoffs.
• Maintain and process used vehicle policy books.
• Review all registration and paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and RMV compliance.
• Communicate professionally with dealership personnel, customers, and registry representatives as needed.
• Maintain organized and accurate records.

Automotive EVR Administrator

Full Time Clerical CORPORATE, Auburn, MA, US

Salary Range: $41,600.00 To $47,840.00 Annually

RoleOverview:

This role is the vital link between the dealership, the buyer, and the Registry of Motor Vehicles. The EVR clerk serves as the last line of defense for paperwork accuracy and registry compliance, while demonstrating a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete vehicle stock-in for Volkswagen and Volvo vehicles.
• Process Electronic Vehicle Registrations (EVR) accurately and efficiently.
• Process in-state and out-of-state vehicle registrations.
• Review and break down vehicle deals to ensure all required paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Process and coordinate vehicle payoffs.
• Maintain and process used vehicle policy books.
• Review all registration and deal of paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Ensure that all required documentation is properly completed and submitted in accordance with RMV requirements.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with dealership personnel, customers, and registry representatives as needed.
• Maintain organized and accurate records.
• Demonstrate impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Work collaboratively with the team while contributing to both individual and department goals.
• Stay organized and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 4-year EVR experience required.
• Computer and communication skills must be at an intermediate level.
• Employees must have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills and excellent math skills.
• Employee must be able to read, write, understand and speak English.

Training and Certifications required:

• Engage with PMG training platform(s) (I.e. Leadership training, Microsoft 365, etc.) (to be started upon hire).
• Work with any training the dealer group is currently utilizing (to be started upon hire).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• EVR Certified. (must be able to pass Cori check and a state Driving Record)
• Notary Public (willing to be or already)

Physical Demands:

Employee must be able to sit for long periods of time. Use their hands to handle control or feel objects, tools, or controls. Repeat the same movements for 7 hours a day at minimum. Must be able to get in and out of vehicles and travel. Occasionally need to lift boxes up to 30 lbs. Occasional bending, walking, and mobility will be necessary.
