Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an Automotive Estimator to assess damaged vehicles, prepare precise repair estimates, and liaise with customers and insurers from intake through delivery.

You will use CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex to document all damage, coordinate with technicians, and ensure records are complete. A strong customer service mindset and knowledge of insurance processes are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in collision repair estimating.
• Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and vehicle construction.
• Experience with CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex, or similar estimating software.
• Strong understanding of insurance claim processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.
• Inspect damaged vehicles and create complete, accurate repair estimates using CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex.
• Identify all visible damage and document hidden damage with technicians.
• Submit estimates and supplements to insurance companies and negotiate repairs when necessary.
• Communicate repair timelines and updates to customers.
• Schedule repairs and coordinate vehicle intake and parts ordering.
• Review repair orders with technicians to ensure all operations are included.
• Monitor repairs and issue supplements as new damage is discovered.
• Explain invoices and completed repairs to customers at pickup.
