Job summary

Craftsman Collision is seeking an Estimator for our Vernon location in BC. We offer competitive wages ranging from CAD 50,000 to CAD 63,000 annually.

Estimators work with the front office to deliver exceptional customer service and guide customers through the claims process. You will educate customers about the repair steps, prepare estimates using Mitchell, Audatex and ALLDATA, and help close files promptly while upholding our standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field preferred; combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience with Mitchell Estimating, Audatex and ALLDATA is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service to internal and external clients to continuously improve the experience.
• Resolve customer service concerns and escalate to the Shop Manager when appropriate.
• Determine customer needs including estimate, repair booking and transportation requirements.
• Educate customers about claims and repair processes and steps.
