Job summary

O'Reilly Automotive seeks a Content QA Specialist to ensure the Electronic Product Catalog remains accurate and complete, reviewing new EPC content and applying QA tools.

You will address discrepancies reported by EPC users, implement content updates, and collaborate with trading partners to enhance coverage and add value through detailed product specifications and searchable content.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive product knowledge and understanding of automotive theories and repair procedures.
• Thorough knowledge of automotive parts cataloging or parts counter experience.
• Proficiency with computers and desktop applications, including SQL, MySQL, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the accuracy of the Electronic Product Catalog (EPC) by analyzing new content for accuracy and completeness using QA tools.
• Analyze reported discrepancies from EPC users and implement modifications or add content to address issues.
• Communicate outcomes of actions back to the reporter.
• Develop and enhance value-add content for products within the EPC, including digital assets and features/benefits content.
• Create and validate content in collaboration with trading partners to improve coverage and data quality.
• Ensure pending line changes or product line reviews are reflected in the EPC before store release.
• Create EPC content for new product lines if vendor content is not available.
