Clarios is seeking an Engineering Project Leader to guide a multidisciplinary engineering team through the product life cycle, ensuring on-time delivery, cost targets, and BoM compliance. The EPL collaborates with program management, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality to meet technical milestones and obtain system release approvals.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, lifecycle maturity, and effective change control—critical for successful sample builds and manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline required.
• Experience leading cross functional teams and project execution in automotive tech.
• Strong knowledge of product life cycle and BoM processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering team to meet technical targets and schedules.
• Ensure product maturity and BoM approval across lifecycle stages.
• Interface with program management, supply chain, manufacturing, quality and commercial teams.
