Job summary

Holley Performance Brands is seeking a hands-on engineering test/validation professional to support product development, testing, and technical support activities. This role requires strong automotive electronics knowledge and methodical troubleshooting in a collaborative engineering environment.

The ideal candidate will execute validation activities, build prototypes and test setups, document findings, and provide technical support across teams. On-site Ogden, UT with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Automotive Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of technical support experience and 2 years in vehicle electronics testing/validation.
• Strong knowledge of automotive aftermarket electronics installation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, specs, and engineering information.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute engineering test and validation activities for products, systems, and vehicle applications.
• Document validation activities and results through test reports.
• Identify issues discovered during testing and communicate them clearly.
• Build and support prototypes, wiring harnesses, and test setups.
• Review specifications and technical information for accuracy and completeness.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause investigations.
