Holley Performance Products, Inc. in El Paso, TX seeks an Electronics Development Engineer to develop and support electronic products for the performance automotive market. You will design circuits, create PCB layouts, and work with cross-functional teams to bring concepts to release.

The role involves hardware verification, test development, diagnostics, and production support, with collaboration across firmware, software, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience designing, testing, or troubleshooting electronic circuits and PCB assemblies.
• Working knowledge of analog and digital electronics, component selection, and lab instruments.
• Ability to develop clear test procedures, interpret results, and communicate findings to teams.
• Familiarity with schematic capture, PCB design tools, and circuit simulation.

Responsabilités

• Design and evaluate analog, digital, power, and microcontroller circuits for control and display products.
• Develop schematics, select components, initiate PCB layouts, and support prototype builds.
• Define hardware verification, functional and validation tests; develop fixtures or automated tests.
• Diagnose circuit, PCB, and system failures using measurements and data.
• Document design decisions, BOMs, test results, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with firmware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and QA teams to meet release goals.
