Job summary

Holley Performance seeks an Electronics Development Engineer to design and validate analog and digital circuits, power supplies, and PCB layouts for high-performance automotive products in El Paso, TX.

You will collaborate with firmware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and quality teams to bring concepts to release, develop test procedures, and support production with reliability improvements. A degree in EE and hands-on lab skills are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in electrical engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing, testing, or troubleshooting electronic circuits and PCB assemblies.
• Working knowledge of analog/digital electronics and lab instrumentation.
• Ability to develop clear test procedures and communicate results to teams.
• Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB design tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and evaluate analog, digital, power, and MCU-based circuits for control and display products.
• Develop schematics, select components, review PCB layouts, and support prototyping.
• Define hardware verification, functional and validation tests, and fixtures.
• Diagnose circuit and PCB failures using bench measurements and data analysis.
• Document design decisions, BOMs, test results, and corrective actions.
• Support substitutions, cost improvements, and manufacturing issues.
