Job summary

TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Test Engineer to develop and maintain LabVIEW-based applications and automated EOL test stations for automotive assembly lines in Acworth, GA. You will collaborate with Electrical and Manufacturing teams to ensure robust test systems and data reporting.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 2–5 years in automotive engineering, with strong LabVIEW, CAN/LIN/UDS protocols, and Microsoft Office proficiency. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of automotive technical experience.
• Strong LabVIEW development skills and testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support LabVIEW-based applications for production and lab environments.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated end-of-line test stations for lines.
• Create and maintain diagnostic tools and NVH apps for validation.
• Participate in design reviews and communicate BOMs for test systems.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering on DFM/DFA initiatives.
• Work with Electrical Engineering on motor and controller testing.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions on plant issues.
• Deliver test data, interpret results, and develop reporting tools.
• Update DFMEA/FTA related to test systems and drive cost reductions.
• Provide global support for automation projects including remote troubleshooting.
