Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking an Electrical Engineer to validate electrical tests and automated production systems for automotive manufacturing in Ohio. You will design, develop, and validate tests aligned with complex specifications for mass production, while supporting hardware solutions including vision systems and data acquisition.

The role entails developing PLC logic, reading ladder diagrams, and implementing SQL databases to manage production data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
3+ years of related experience.
Interpret and implement ISO, ANSI, NFPA 79, and NEC regulations.
Understand US DOT regulations on Vehicle Displays.
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel).
Proficient in PLC programming (RSLogix 5000 preferred).
Proficient in creating electrical drawings.
Able to read PLC ladder logic diagrams.
Able to conceptualize automated processes and translate to PLC logic.
Able to develop SQL databases and queries.

Responsibilities

Investigate, design, purchase and validate hardware solutions for automotive production processes.
Develop vision system tests to confirm proper electrical connections.
Develop, implement and administer SQL database solutions to manage production data.
