Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 0–3 years hands-on experience in automotive ECU design and development.
• Strong understanding of analog/digital hardware and EMC considerations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and comprehend system requirements and customer needs.
• Interface with a multi-disciplinary team to discuss projects and requirements.
• Modify hardware designs or create new hardware to meet performance goals.
• Prepare block diagrams, schematics, and manage PCB layout for hardware concepts.
• Perform analysis and verification of analog and digital hardware and firmware.
• Develop and manage test specifications and execute tests.
• Support manufacturing teams to release hardware into production.
• Represent the employer in customer meetings and explain technical findings.
• Evaluate products and propose design modifications based on cost and feasibility.
• Coordinate fabrication and setup of lab test equipment for hardware testing.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions for hardware/software.
• Attend training to learn new tools and stay updated on trends.
• Share knowledge to foster a positive work environment.
