EchoPark Automotive in Colorado Springs is seeking a Document Specialist to ensure accurate and timely completion of financial documentation as part of the guest experience at our store.

You will assist with final steps of the purchase, verify titles and taxes, and ensure all paperwork is properly processed. This role requires strong customer service and retail experience, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team environment.

Job Description

EchoPark Automotive is hiring a Document Specialist for our Colorado Springs location!

As a Customer Service Representative, which we call Document Specialists, you will play an important role in the smooth and friendly guest experience at our store.If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced,fun environment, then we’re looking for you. As aDocument Specialist, you will be responsible for accurate and timely execution of the financialdocumentationprocess.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with the final steps of the purchase process
• Provide accurate and timely completed paperwork for successful processing
• Check all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
• Verify insurance, trade payoffs and obtain deposits
