Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business and help meet our sales and service objectives.

This entry-level role can be part time or full time and requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers. You will assist customers in-store and by phone, provide DIY services, manage inventory, and help maintain store standards while working a flexible schedule that includes

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals.
• Basic automotive knowledge helpful.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Inventory processes including cycle counts, back stock, and stock replenishment.
• Keep store clean, including floors, bathrooms, parking lot, and general stocking.
