Job summary

Shift Digital is seeking an Automotive Digital Field Consultant to work with leading OEMs and dealerships across the Midwest. You will support dealership sales processes through SEO/SEM, reputation management, UX, digital retailing, CRM configuration and reporting, and business model optimization.

The role requires presenting to dealers and OEM staff, generating actionable recaps, and training teams on reporting tools. Extensive travel and a comprehensive benefits package are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, both oral and written.
• Ability to research, observe, and recommend improvements.
• Ability to build and deliver dealer presentations.

Responsibilities

• Construct and perform dealer presentations to improve sales process.
• Generate daily consultation recaps with defined action items.
• Serve as the sales and process consultant for OEM regional staff and dealers.
• Create and disseminate support materials of defined fundamentals and best practices.
• Provide field support for regional meetings and seminars.
• Train personnel on reporting tools and adult learning methods.
• Analyze dealership sales landscape and advise on strategy and roles.
• Drive adoption of retailers' existing technologies.
