Job summary

Shift Digital seeks an Automotive Digital Field Consultant to work with leading automotive OEMs and dealerships across the US. You will collaborate with dealership management, BDC directors, internet managers and marketing teams to optimize SEO/SEM, reputation, UX, digital retailing, and CRM reporting to boost sales performance.

The role requires delivering presentations, recaps, training on reporting tools, and cross-functional advisory to regional staff.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to automotive OEMs or dealerships.
• Strong presentation and consulting skills.
• Willingness to travel across PA and adjacent states.

Responsibilities

• Construct and deliver presentations to improve dealer sales process acumen.
• Generate daily consultation recaps with actionable items for OEM/dealership leadership.
• Serve as field sales/processing consultant for OEM regional staff and dealers.
• Create and disseminate support materials on fundamentals and best practices.
• Provide field support for regional meetings, presentations, seminars, etc.
• Train personnel on reporting tools using adult learning methods.
• Analyze dealership sales landscape and advise on strategy and roles.
• Promote adoption of retailers’ existing technologies.
