Join to apply for the Automotive/Diesel Technician role at Champs Family Automotive.

Champs Family Automotive is a local family-owned automotive repair facility with locations in Surprise and Goodyear. We are seeking a professional, experienced, and knowledgeable Automotive and/or Diesel Technician to join our team at both locations. The candidate must be able to diagnose and repair to specifications, including brakes and hydraulic systems, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition, electrical systems, suspension, and alignment.

The ideal candidate will have a “can-do” attitude, good problem-solving skills, at least 4 years of hands-on automotive technician experience, excellent customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a drug test and background check.

Work schedule is Monday through Friday with alternating Saturdays. We offer competitive wages, unlimited earning potential, pay range between $20-$40/hour based on performance and experience, a company medical plan, and paid time off (PTO).
