This position is based in our Kansas City, KS. facility.

This is a full-time position. Our team performs COMPLETE maintenance services for our fleet of over 30 trucks (90% diesel) and over 30 refrigerated trailers.

Must have a current driver's license. Our Mechanics are REQUIRED (or must acquire within 90 days) to have a Class A CDL with the ability to drive manual transmission—we will assist with training.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive knowledge of diesel motors and all systems (powertrain, electrical, suspension, exhaust, body work, tires, etc.) with the ability to diagnose and repair.
• Ability to perform scheduled preventive maintenance and document accordingly.
• Strong HVAC knowledge with CFC certification.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Formal training, certifications, and experience required.
• Own basic hand tools; specialized tools available in shop.
• Computer skills for accurate documentation of repairs.
• Ability to pass all pre-employment testing (DOT Clearinghouse, Background Check, Drug Test, Physical Capacity Test, Medical Exam).
• Professional conduct and team-oriented attitude.
• Successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• $32.50 per hour, paid weekly, reviewed annually.
• Medical insurance with RX plan (after 30 days): Single $68/month, Family $138/month.
• Dental insurance at no cost with medical insurance.
• 401(k) plan (after 90 days).
• Vacation: 1 week (40 hours) after 1 year of service.
