Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an automotive technician.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• State Vehicle Inspector License – required.
• Refrigerant Recovery Certification – preferred.
• ASE Certifications – preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive digital vehicle inspections.
• Diagnose and repair brakes and steering systems.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and engine cooling components.
• Diagnose and repair engine performance and drivability issues.
• Complete routine maintenance services (coolant, brake, power steering, transmission flushes).
• Conduct state inspections (emissions and safety).
• Perform wheel alignments, tire rotations, and tire pressure checks.
• Document work performed accurately using shop management software.
• Collaborate with service advisors and management to ensure workflow and communication.
