Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations and delegate work in a fair and balanced manner.
• Coordinate with dealership departments to forecast incoming inventory for proper scheduling.
• Ensure all work is recorded and delegated in the systems.
• Follow all company policies, processes and procedures.
• Drive productivity while meeting quality expectations consistently.
• Coach and develop Associates to grow professionally.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently with workspace safety and cleanliness.
• Build partnerships with different departments.
• Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers or Associates.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is delivered consistently.
• Step in to perform any job function needed to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
