Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in electrical/electronics/CS engineering, 5+ years in automotive electrical design and release, and hands-on experience with CAN, LIN, Ethernet, and LV/HV components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Software Engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• 5+ years of automotive electrical design and release experience.
• Hands-on with CAN, LIN, and Ethernet communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements for electrical accessories, including wiring harnesses and control modules.
• Develop designs using CAD while ensuring compatibility with vehicle systems.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams for seamless integration.
• Support production and issue resolution with manufacturing and purchasing.
• Apply LEAN Engineering methodologies across projects.
