Daimler Truck North America is seeking design interns in Portland, OR, to gain hands-on experience across the full design process. You will research, create mood boards, develop personas, sketch ideation, renderings, and concept models while collaborating with senior designers and teams.

Interns will support production programs, participate in design critiques, and may transition to full-time based on manager evaluations and business needs. Enrollment in Transportation Design is required.

Qualificações

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or higher with degree in Transportation design from an accredited college/university OR have recently graduated within 1 year of the position start date (May/June).
• Strong ideation sketching and renderings with a solid design portfolio.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Team oriented with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Alias, and exposure to VRED or Unreal Engine is preferred.
