Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting office and support the Office Manager/Controller.
• Assist with deal breakdowns and posting lease, retail, and wholesale transactions.
• Process trade payoffs, daily deposits, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting schedules and financial records.
• Process aftermarket warranties and coordinate vendor payments.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of all store financial transactions.
• Administer policies and supervise office staff.
• Conduct floorplan audits and assist with audits and compliance.
