Responsibilities:

1. Perform all lubrication services.
2. Thoroughly check customer vehicles for issues (battery, lights, tires) and refer repairs to Service Advisor.
3. Operate and maintain lubrication equipment.
4. Receive repair orders and service vehicles accordingly.
5. Lubricate vehicles and identify additional repair needs.
6. Maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles.
7. Ensure all equipment, especially lifts, is in proper working order.
8. Use materials efficiently and follow safety policies, reporting accidents immediately.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of automobiles and diagnostic skills.
• Effective communication and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures.
• Experience with electronic diagnostic equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• ASE Certification or technical degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience in a service department.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks and MVR.
