Responsibilities:
- Perform all lubrication services.
- Thoroughly check customer vehicles for issues (battery, lights, tires) and refer repairs to Service Advisor.
- Operate and maintain lubrication equipment.
- Receive repair orders and service vehicles accordingly.
- Lubricate vehicles and identify additional repair needs.
- Maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles.
- Ensure all equipment, especially lifts, is in proper working order.
- Use materials efficiently and follow safety policies, reporting accidents immediately.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of automobiles and diagnostic skills.
- Effective communication and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to learn new technology and repair procedures.
- Experience with electronic diagnostic equipment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- ASE Certification or technical degree preferred.
- At least one year of experience in a service department.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks and MVR.
