Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking an Office Manager to assist the accounting manager with the dealership's financial planning, budgeting and accounting practices. You will oversee the financial accounting system and personnel, and help forecast quarterly goals to sustain profitability.

The role requires strong communication, leadership and organizational skills, plus a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience. A CPA may be preferred for advanced positions.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, leadership and organizational skills.
• College degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred; CPA certification may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist accounting manager with overseeing the financial accounting system and personnel.
• Prepare monthly budgets and financial statements.
• Forecast quarterly financial goals to maintain profitability.
• Review all financial statements and ledgers and resolve discrepancies.
• Meet with accounting staff to review business matters and increase profitability.
