• Ability to explain technical financial information clearly.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete financial statements and submit to management.
• Interpret and analyze financial statements.
• Maintain an effective cash management system.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations in accordance with policies.
• Close the books monthly.
• Prepare and submit required statements and reports.
• Assist department managers with financial reports and action plans.
• Work with staff to improve revenue or reduce expenses to meet budget.
