Job summary

Toyota of Kenner is seeking a Full Time Accounts Payable Specialist to support accounting operations at our Harvey, LA dealership. The role requires strong administrative and organizational skills, basic accounting knowledge, and prior dealership experience with CDK.

Responsibilities include posting invoices and POs, issuing checks, reconciling statements, and maintaining ledger schedules. Candidates must be proficient in standard software and possess excellent customer service and communication

Qualifications

• Proven experience in automotive dealership accounting is required.
• Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software.
• CDK experience is a must.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Post invoices into CDK.
• Post purchase orders (POs).
• Issue checks to vendors.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Perform basic and routine accounting functions.
• Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned.
