MAG is a busy dealership seeking a Full Time Accounts Payable Specialist. The candidate must demonstrate solid administration and organization skills, with basic accounting knowledge and prior dealership experience.

You will post invoices into CDK, process PO's, issue checks, and reconcile vendor statements while maintaining schedules and the general ledger. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for daily interactions with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership accounting experience required.
• Proficient with standard computer software and accounting software
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Post Invoices into CDK
• Post PO's
• Issue checks
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Perform basic and routine accounting functions
• Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts
• Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned
